Shipping policy

At YOKH, we value every customer. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, so we offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of different customers. Our shipping methods include postal shipping (standard and expedited) and express shipping (fast delivery).

Standard delivery time for domestic orders in the US is 7-15 days from the date of purchase; some orders may arrive in as little as 6-8 days, and you can select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not included in the delivery time.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order online. Enter the order number from the email you received to view the estimated delivery time.
